VANTIC

Voice and tone

SAY LESS. MEAN IT.

VANTIC talks like a training partner who has done the route before you: direct, specific, a little dry, always on your side. We start with verbs, we give numbers, and we stop when the point is made.
SAY LESS. MEAN IT.

We are

Direct. Specific. Confident without volume. Present tense, second person, active voice. Warm in the small moments, never sentimental.

We are not

Motivational-poster loud. We do not shout, we do not use exclamation marks, we do not tell you to unleash anything. We are not a coach and not a guru.

We sound like

“Rain at 06:00. Route is 8.2 km, mostly tiles. Bring the Wets.” Facts first, care underneath, a full stop at the end.

Say Do not say Why
Grips wet tiles at 9 °C. Unleash your potential on any surface! A measurable claim beats a slogan.
Your crew is three streets away. Join the movement of a lifetime. Concrete and personal, not grandiose.
The shell weighs 210 g. Ultra-lightweight premium technology. Numbers over adjectives.
We got the sizing wrong. Fixed in 03. Due to unforeseen circumstances… Candour builds trust.
Move first. MOVE FIRST!!! Capitals are for display only. No exclamation marks.

Sentence case everywhere except display lines. Oxford comma. Numerals for all quantities (3 km, 2 crews, 1 rule). Metric first, imperial in brackets for the US. Times in 24-hour format. Dates as 8 September 2026.

PULSE, SHIFT, LINK and CORE are always capitals, never translated, never possessive (say “the LINK band”, not “LINK’s band”). Generations are two digits: PULSE 03. Surface codes are capitalised words: Wet, Dry, Mixed.

Product pages: spec-heavy, one sentence of feeling at the end. Social: one line, one image, no hashtags in the copy. LINK app: ultra-short, numbers first (“8.2 km · 182 spm · Crew at 400 m”). Customer service: full sentences, first name, apology before explanation.

We write for every body that moves through a city. No “real athletes”, no gendered defaults, no ability assumptions. Describe the route and the conditions, not the person.

Rain at 06:00. Route is 8.2 km, mostly tiles. Bring the Wets.
